Based in Paris for over a decade, Philip provides coaching in both English and French to an international client base. Philip was part of the founding faculty of Sciences Po launching an Executive Master’s degree in Global Leadership for Top Executives. He has developed bespoke training programs for Middle East Sovereigns and is well regarded for his motivational and astute council with rapidly growing companies as well as established multinationals. Working with both individuals and groups, Philip insures that communication is clear and conflicts are resolved taking into account both verbal and behavioral expressions of power (and anxiety/stress).
Philip began his career in 1995, and spent ten years at Avon where he led a team responsible for developing female leaders. For two years in London, he oversaw the implementation of a pioneering learning and development initiative for Goldman Sach’s European Technology division. Philip’s clients include Proctor & Gamble, Marsh, AXA, Deloitte, Roland Berger Strategy Consultants, Research International, Corbis, AstraZeneca, Merck, LOGICA, IHS Cera (Energy consulting/research), and Etam.
Philip received a Bachelor of Arts degree from California State University at Northridge and a Masters from The Juilliard School for advanced studies in opera performance. He is trained and certified in Leadership Coaching by The Generative Leadership Group. He is also certified in “Leadership Effectiveness Analysis” (Management Research Group), “Situational Leadership” (Blanchard Group), “Technical Leadership” (Blessing/White) and “Strategic Relationship Management” (Harvard Business).
