As a certified psychologist, Jill Kristal has worked to enhance individual capacities and adaptive abilities in support of organizational productivity worldwide. Starting out as an Executive Director for 12 years at the American Counseling Center in London, established in partnership with the US Embassy, she has gone on to provide specialized training and education to human resource specialists in relocation and direct support to expatriating and repatriating families.
Living abroad for a decade combined with extensive world travel have generated an expertise in multiculturalism which Jill has integrated with copious psychological insight and research to create innovative training programs for a wide variety of clients on cultural awareness and adaptation. She has also created various games for children that have been successfully incorporated into a number of executive relocation plans and programs.
With an undergraduate degree from Tufts University, a year of study at the Sorbonne in Paris, and master’s and doctoral degrees in Clinical and Research Psychology from Adelphi University, Jill is a member of the American and British Psychological Associations, and a certified provider of EMDR and Gordon Thompson’s Effectiveness Training.
