For the past nineteen years, Amanda Morgan has worked with a myriad of global, Fortune 100 financial services and insurance companies and non-profit organizations in the academic, social services and healthcare sectors, to conceive and implement enterprise-wide leadership and talent development programs. She conducts in-depth organizational and team assessments to understand the unique cultural and group dynamics that both inhibit and enhance superior performance. She coaches executives, trains teams and is well known for her ability to design and deliver high-impact training workshops that accelerate professional growth and unlock individual potential.
Early in her practice, Amanda served as a senior leadership trainer and coach for various global consulting organizations, and spent several years coaching celebrity clientele on media relations, public appearances and interview preparation. She spent six years as a Global Training and Organizational Development Consultant with the SYDA Foundation, a global, diversified non-profit foundation with charitable and educational functions in 650 subsidiaries, and worked for Rubenstein Public Relations as an executive on accounts including the New York City Marathon and the New York Road Runners Club. With a BA in Communications and Counseling from New York University, she holds a certification in Public Relations from New York University and advanced coaching credentials through Corporate Coach University.
