What is Katzman Consulting?

Katzman Consulting works with individuals and teams to develop behaviors and cultures that promote performance, leadership and achievement by applying principles of psychology and the latest research findings. The practice is comprised of a core group of international scholar, psychologist and business leaders, each of whom has a minimum of fifteen years’ experience and most of whom are also published experts.



How big is your team and what is your experience?

Our core team is comprised of a group of 20 international scholars, psychologists and business leaders. Many of the consultants are affiliated with world renowned academic institutions. Over the past decade and a half, members of this practice have worked together on a variety of projects for clients operating in diverse sectors and dealing with unique challenges.

Just to give you a few examples, our team has helped a leading multinational investment bank navigate new territories and set up procedures that were in alignment with overall corporate growth goals, but appropriate for each new local market. We have helped an entrepreneurial health care concern in the Middle East develop structures and train staff on effectiveness and service to patients with specific illnesses. And, we have helped media companies reconstruct teams that were stifled by internal politics, and coached executives to be better leaders.




What is your approach to corporate consulting? What makes your business different from your competitors?

We provide clients with a flexible scope of services and consultation tailored to their needs. However, unlike more traditional firms, we take a unique approach providing an emphasis on psychology and research. We are psychologists and we understand the importance of analyzing and understanding the dynamics and tensions that exist between individuals, groups and the whole organization. In essence, we help individuals adjust to their corporate realities and connect personal effort with strategy and results. This work helps create vibrant group cultures that inspire individuals, unite teams and align corporations.




Where do you think you add the most value and why would we be better served working with you than say a more traditional, bigger and more established corporate consultant?

We cultivate very close working relationships with our clients. We get to know the individual, how the individual relates to the team and the organizational whole. We are not afraid of delving into and mediating interpersonal conflicts, because unlike many traditional consultancies we are psychologists. Did You Know?
