Working
closely with organizational leaders, training and development
departments, and (when requested) other external consultants,
Melanie Katzman and the Katzman Consulting team:
Support strategic visions by identifying measurable
impacts and individual responsibility
Create, reinforce and shift cultures by sensitively
assessing the overt and unsaid messages and ensuring
that the people invited and featured, and the choices
and methods of reviewing topics are congruent with the
leaders intent
Establishing processes for feedback and inclusion before
and after the offsite to confirm that conferences are
the beginning of growth and achievement
Expand the experience and understanding of cultural
diversity and globally responsible decision making by
creating highly interactive experiential programs in
developing countries that are integrated into senior
strategy or board meetings
