Katzman Consultants have
advanced degrees in psychology (most have a Ph.D). We
appreciate the importance of addressing personal issues
of motivation, confidence and conflict resolution while
simultaneously addressing organizational and at times
cross-cultural demands. We are not afraid of delving
into and mediating complex interpersonal dynamics, because
unlike many traditional consultancies we are psychologists.
We provide clients with
a flexible scope of services and consultation tailored
to their needs. We improve the quality of organizational
talent and support system change by conceptualizing
and where appropriate consulting on the individual,
team and organizational levelin close concert
with HR and development teams.
Our goal is to increase
competence not dependence during the coaching process.
Each KC coach has a minimum
of fifteen years' experience in organizational development,
behavior change , measurement and/or human resources.
50% of KC associates are
published authors and one has even created a game for
families that are expatriating or repatriating.
We are associated with
19 Universities and 65% are on faculty of at least two
institutes of higher education. We
are sought after lecturers and are often the point person
for the press on issues of talent and leadership.
Every coach is a member
of at least 2 professional bodies and most have held
leadership positions in these professional, standard
