Katzman Consultants (many of whom hold academic appointments) partner with your learning and development department and international business schools to create bespoke leadership development programs that include individual diagnostics, personal development plans, classroom updates on best practices and shared learning in the company of fellow leaders.

KC consultants have worked closely with the public affairs departments of investment banks and media enterprises as well as the communications directors of community groups facilitating discussions between public and private sector concerns and enhancing working relations between cross-sector teams and novel alliances.

In addition to her work with Katzman Consulting, in November of 2005, Melanie Katzman became a partner in Leaders' Quest-a social enterprise committed to being a catalyst for positive change by engaging, developing and inspiring leaders from all sectors of society who want to make a difference in their organizations, communities and the wider world.

Leaders' Quest was founded in England by Lindsay Levin and in addition to Melanie in the US, Fields Wicker-Miurin, Mark Norbury and Alison Daley are partners in the UK and Kenzie Kwong is a partner in Hong Kong.
