Steven helps leaders and their teams succeed when results
depend on ingenuity, collaboration, and persistence
in the face of obstacles. With over 25 years of expertise
in the field of creativity and innovation, he has developed
tangible, no-nonsense methods and tools for building
organization-wide innovation strategy and coaching intact
teams. Steven also delivers a suite of customizable
workshops that build skills for creative leadership
and helps people capitalize on change rather than just
manage it.
With a Ph.D. in adult learning and
organizational creativity, Steven brings powerful expertise
in the ways people learn and improve performance. He
is the author of over 100 workplace learning programs
and has received international acclaim for his custom-designed
training and performance support materials - some of
which have been translated into eight languages for
up to 20,000 learners. Steven is a frequent guest lecturer
at Pepperdine University and University of California
at Los Angeles.
