Philip is a Paris based Katzman Consulting associate,
who is an Executive Coach, fluent in French, and specializes
in identifying the talents and strengths in individuals
and showing them how to get the results that they want
in their professional life. His powerful coaching approach
draws on 15 years of Fortune 500 experience with large
U.S. institutions.
Philip has worked for Goldman Sachs
in London where he spent two years creating and heading
Learning and Career Development for their European IT
Division. He has coached internationally and extensively
in the Financial Services and Professional Services
sectors with Citibank, Fidelity Investment, Banque Populaire,
Grosvenor, Goldman Sachs, Deloitte, Roland Berger Strategy
Consultants and Ineum. Additionally, he has worked with
AXA, Marsh, LOGICA, Research International and Corbis.
He provides coaching in executive leadership and communication,
and is recognized for his international experience working
in cross-cultural environments. He is sought out for
his keen assessment and unique perspective and especially
for his ability to energize and motivate individuals
and teams to be leaders.
For over 10 years, Philip has focused
on developing charismatic leaders who can attract and
inspire their people. He created "Show Up Big,"
a methodology that he uses in his coaching and in workshops.
He began his career in coaching and development at the
Avon Corporation in New York in 1995, working at Avon
LifeDesigns, where he coached women executives to become
more motivated and creative in their careers. He maintains
a strong commitment to increasing Diversity and Mentoring
in global organizations.
Philip has a Bachelor of Arts degree
from California State University at Northridge and attended
The Juilliard School for advanced studies in opera performance.
Philip teaches Human Resources Management
and is on the founding faculty at the French University
Sciences Po Paris in their Executive Master in Global
Leadership. He continues to write and lecture on the
topic of Leadership and Coaching for international publications
and is currently at work on a book on coaching. Philip
served for many years on the boards of several not-for-profit
institutions. He is most proud of his long association
with BachWorks, a performing arts organization in New
York City, for which he served for many years as Vice
President of the board. He lives in Paris and travels
monthly to London.
