Paula Ho is a Katzman Consulting Associate based in Hong Kong, specializing in human resource management, leadership development, training facilitation and coaching. She has over 30 years of local and global experience in working with people of different industries, levels, and diverse cultural backgrounds when she served as the head of Human Resources at corporations and when she served as a consultant.

Paula’s work at Corporate includes multi-national companies such as NCR, Chase Manhattan Bank, Levi Strauss and Gap. Playing a key regional leadership role, covering countries such as Hong Kong, Singapore, Korea, India and Turkey, she developed sustainable systems and engaged leaders and different levels of staff to enroll and influence, to facilitate, to equip them with skills, and to coach so as to enhance leadership effectiveness and build a conducive environment.
Her experiences include:

As a consultant, Paula works to enhance the effectiveness of human resource management and leadership development practices so as to support maximizing in talent development, team effectiveness and staff retention. She is particularly effective in connecting live business demands and long term strategic directions. Her work includes:

Paula received her master degree in Human Resource Development from George Washington University and received the Leonard H. Nadler Leadership Award for her outstanding contribution. She is also accredited for action learning and various assessment tools, such as Hogan and MBTI.
