Nick Clark, MSc, CPsychol is a Chartered Business Psychologist and UK based Katzman Consulting associate. Nick is passionate about helping organizations improve performance by identifying their potential and developing the abilities of individuals and teams. Flexible and creative in approach, Nick has extensive experience as a developer of leaders applying his deep understanding of the cultural and behavioral challenges involved in delivering organizational change.

Nick has extensive experience working on leadership assessment, development and training projects with financial services organizations - including Lloyds TSB, Bank of England, HBOS, Citibank, Merrill Lynch and Goldman Sachs. He has worked regularly in Poland and Russia and has supported leadership training programs in Europe, the United States, and Asia. He has also coached extensively in both the professional and financial services sector - working with associates and partners in Wragge & Co., BDO and Cameron McKenna and with senior VP's in Northern Trust and Marsh.

An accredited practitioner in Cognitive Analytic Therapy, Nick graduated from Manchester University with a degree in psychology and has a Masters degree in Occupational Psychology from London University. A member of the BPS Coaching Psychology Forum, he holds BPS Level A and Level B qualifications in the use of psychometric instruments and is an accredited user of a wide range of tests - he has used Hogan and MBTI, and is certified to use NEO-PIR, OPQ32, 16PF5, and Firo Element B.
