Louise J. Tagliante brings over 25 years of corporate experience to her work at Air as an executive coach
and developer of leaders and works as part of the Katzman Consulting Alliance in Asia. She has built a first-class reputation for her innovative approach, professionalism and reliability for achieving sustainable results. She has held senior regional positions in Asia Pacific and Australia, including Regional VP & Head, ABN AMRO Asia Pacific Training Academy, Regional Director, VISA International Asia Pacific Business School, and Managing Director at Differentiate, working in business and human capital development. She has provided executive coaching and facilitation to senior leaders and teams from various sectors, including financial services, investment banking, pharmaceuticals, technology, consulting, business schools, insurance, engineering and manufacturing.

As a facilitator she has a wonderful ability to enthuse people with new ideas and make the complex simple. She has produced strong results and has a keen following in the Asia Pacific region, especially in cross-cultural environments.

Working as an executive coach, Louise can be tough but very supportive and challenges old thinking and behavioral patterns. She enables executives to step outside the known and work in a safe environment, continually broadening their boundaries and capabilities.

Louise studied Adult Education at the University of Technology, Australia and completed the Cambridge University CELTA and train-the-trainer programs. She is a Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) practitioner, accredited MBTI® and FIRO-B™ facilitator, certified in “The First 90 Days”, and a graduate of Results Coaching Systems. In addition she coaches regularly with the INSEAD Global Leadership Centre (IGLC), and is an adjunct coach and lecturer at both the Singapore Management University and Lore International.

Louise is a member of the International Coach Federation (ICF), the Australian Chamber of Commerce, headed the HR subgroup of PrimeTime, Singapore from 2005-2007 and was fund-raising chair for The International Alliance for Women (TIAW) Microcredit Village Bank program from 2007-2008 for which she was awarded TIAW World of Difference 100 Award 2008 for community work.

Louise hails from Australia and has lived and worked in Asia since 1993.
