Linda Laddin is a senior executive coach and OD consultant who has lived and worked in Asia since 1981. She has worked extensively in Japan, China, Hong Kong, India, Thailand, and Singapore. A Katzman Consulting associate, Linda coaches leaders and senior managers across industries and geographies, in both the private sector and nonprofits. She has extensive experience with C-suite executives, intercultural coaching, senior teams, facilitating strategy meetings, leading Open Space programs, delivering leadership training, and consulting on performance and talent management. Linda works with coaching clients to help them increase their self-awareness, self-mastery and the ability to lead and manage others.

Before becoming an independent coach in 2001, Linda was the Director of Learning & Development for Merrill Lynch in Asia Pacific. She joined the Merrill Lynch Hong Kong office in 1998 after four years as VP, Head of Training & Development for Morgan Stanley in Tokyo. Before that Linda was the Training Director at UBS in Tokyo from 1991 to 1994. She has also worked for Panasonic and Arthur Andersen in Japan. Linda has lived and worked in Asia since 1981 and has had a base in Europe since 2004.

Linda’s clients have included the Deutsche Bank Group, Munich Re, Standard Bank, Credit Suisse, UBS, Abbott Labs, Microsoft, Intel, Barclays Bank, Coach International and Coach China, Linklaters, Nomura Securities, ABN Amro Bank, Hong Kong Jockey Club, Standard Chartered Bank, Lehman Brothers, Swiss Re, Merrill Lynch and the Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission. Linda also does pro bono coaching and training for several humanitarian NGOs.
