Kathlyn has significant experience in human resources
management consultancy, in particular, design and implementation
of procedures for selection, appraisal and development;
to ensure employee and organization development as well
as the recruitment and retention of minority candidates.
She has provided expert advice on equal opportunities
to statutory bodies such as the UK's Commission for
Racial Equality.
Kathlyn worked initially with Hay
Management Consultants in London, before joining Psychology
at Work Ltd., where she led projects in the areas of
competency definition, and the design and implementation
of assessment and development centers. She received
a doctorate in organizational psychology and holds academic
posts in addition to her organizational consultancy
work. Kathlyn is based in Miami, Florida.
