Judy has worked for 15 years as a management consultant first in Australia and the U.K. She is known for her ability to synthesize cutting edge psychological theory into organizational behavior change. Her CD based programs have demonstrated abilty to increase resiliency , enhance individual success, and improve mood. Her areas of expertise include selection and assessment, career profiling and planning, executive coaching, organizational training and development. In addition to designing and managing large-scale projects for organizations, Judy specializes in developing and implementing rigorous evaluation frameworks for consultancy projects. Judy resides in Sydney Australia.
