Craig Miller
is a Katzman Consulting associate based in Madrid, Spain.
As an American who has lived in Europe for over 20 years,
Craig is able to bring a deeper understanding of what
it means to live and work outside of one's home country,
as well as the ability to work in both English and Spanish
with complete transparency. Craig coaches senior executives
and management on how to improve their effectiveness
and accelerate their performance. 'The best people want
to get better. My job is to help them see what they
are not seeing and build practices to not only become
more effective, but also learn to grow with a greater
sense of ease.' Craig's specialist areas are leadership
and change management (generation of vision, strategy,
organizational structure and capability development,
sales and sales management, lead team and organizational
culture development, effective execution) and influencing
in global (multi country, multi cultural, multi functional
matrix) environments. He listens with an intent to ignite
creativity and open reflection, working with individuals
as well as their teams to deliver relevant and measurable
ideas.
Prior to a full time focus on consulting, Craig spent
22 years as a corporate line executive leading and managing
sales teams for advertising and marketing companies.
During these years he worked with numerous retail banks
to improve brand and revenue performance in the European
market in addition to building client relationships
in multiple sectors including automotive, government,
real estate, telecommunications, professional services
and consumer packaged goods. Across three major companies,
Craig has been responsible for firm wide sales, growing
and managing teams, and providing impeccable leadership,
influencing not only sales decisions but also strategy
and development. He has a demonstrated track record
of success spanning a number of continents (namely North
America, Europe and South America).The breadth of his
background means he is quickly able to grasp the key
issues in the client's environment and relate it to
broad business experience and current best practice.
Craig received his BA from the University of California,
Davis and holds a Masters in Professional Management:
Institute of Generative Leadership (three-year program).
He also has a Certification in Professional Coaching:
