Beatrice is a Milan based Katzman Consulting associate and Professor in Organization and Human Resources Management at the SDA Bocconi University in Milan Italy. Trained in the United States she is a licensed psychologist specializing in tailored programs for behavior change at the most senior levels of organizations. Beatrice creates customized corporate curriculum for international organizations, incorporating coaching and case studies to maximize teaching that is personally significant and easily cascaded through the organization.

Her major interests are issues of training needs analysis and the design of innovative training programs. Her areas of expertise are participation in and development of change processes, cultural and organizational integration in acquisitions, dealing with resistance and motivation during restructuring processes, team building and leadership. As a sports psychologist she has prepared Italian sport teams and individual athletes for the Olympics.

Her special interest is developing innovative stress prevention programs for Top Management.

She has worked on international training programs as well as with entrepreneurs, executives and managers from industry, insurance companies, banks and health services in Italy, Germany and abroad and speaks Italian, English, German and French.
